A very busy Park with wonderful trails, a huge dog park, boat rentals, unfortunately not available in October, and lots of friendly people!

Yes, over ma y different trails.
I didn't see anywhere to play any soccer but there is plenty of open space for picnics. There are not that many tables from what I saw and they are pretty spread out.

In some places it's a short walk. I walk a little ways, maybe 1/4 of a mile on a shopping path to the fishing area i go to. I had a hip replacement 3 years ago and I am able to navigate it easily.
