In the two years that I’ve lived here our rent has increased by more than $700. Rent has gone up everywhere, I understand that. Unfortunately it seems that quality has gone down. Our shower hasn’t fully shut off for four weeks! I submitted several maintenance requests but no one has come to address the issue or even communicate about it. It hurts my soul how much water is being wasted. For the price tag I would expect more. If you move here be aware that rent aggressively increases every year. Had I known this was the case I would have chosen a different complex.
