You need to be a kootenai county resident to use the transfer stations or the rural sites in Kootenai County. The actual landfill located south of Coeur d'Alene is closed to the public. There is a rural site nearby at Sun Up Bay.

Do they have a rv dumps here

I have not seen any. However there nay be some close by at the CDA Casino/resort.
