Once I described my problem Nate listed off a couple solutions and gave me a price estimate. That price estimate is exactly what I paid due to how organized their documentation system is. I will never go anywhere else to solve my tech problems.

Took my PS4 in to be cleaned, and had an analog stick replaced on a controller. Fantastic service, I was lucky and got same day turnaround because I live an hour away. Great customer service, very friendly people. I will definitely be using them for any future tech needs. Highly recommend, A+++

My Android mic went out in my phone, Nate ordered and installed the microphone into my phone. We checked the phone before I left and it worked. We never checked the speaker part of it which had also failed. I called them from about 2 miles away and he said to come back and he would look into it. I did and was a seperate issue, which he fixed and didnt charge me for it. Great customer service and even took the time to show me the issues under his telescope. A 1 service and would recommend and use again if needed.

I brought in my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G Note which had a malfunctioning screen (1 month out of warranty). Not dropped or damaged just inoperable. The phone still worked but no screen. N8 had the part in stock and my phone was repaired within the hour. This could not be accomplished by the original vendor and the repair was critical to my business. A new phone would have been over $1200.00, the new screen and repair was about a third of that. I am elated and will bring back all of my electronics prior to returning or contacting the manufacturer. N8 and his staff are excellent! N8 also provided a small military discount which was important to me. He insisted. It's hard to find a great local business with local values. These guys will take care of you!
