I have been trying to get ahold of someone to try and get my waiting list information changed to a 2bedroom, not a 3 bedroom. I was ignored as well as my emails blocked. I FINALLY reached someone in another office that has riverstone places phone, and was the rudest person i have ever spoke to. Hung up on me, then put me on hold 3 times after asking a simple question of how much a 2br was. The management and repair speed is a joke. Their 2 bedrooms are now the price of their 3 bedrooms last year. No fkin thanks. Ill spend that much o a brand new apartment with washer and dryer in the unit. Go elsewhere people.

I live at river stone west apartments we have been seeing people smoking on there balconies this post is about rules. I have reminded them not to smoke on the balconies I even went to the management to report it only thing they do is to talk to the people about not smoking on there balcony after they have told these people still end up breaking the rules and still smoke the balconies. I think it's unfair that they keep doing it and get away of it me and my wife been here for almost 5 years and we are always smoking at the butt can I even see our maintenance man sit with these people that he is friends with while they are smoking on there balconies. I am fed up with these people breaking the rules but I know I can't do anything about it I keep reporting it to management. But I can be a good example and keep following rules . I hope corporate see this post and that they talk to all there management and start stepping up and start doing something about it.

By far the WORST place I've ever lived. Literally the worst management, they're thieves who only want your money. And the units are so cheap and poorly made. They lost my rent and put a note on my door saying if I don't pay my rent plus a $60 late fee I'm evicted and have to be out in three days. I went down and yelled at them and showed them my money order receipt. They coincidentally found my rent about 5 minutes later. Kids are constantly running out in front of cars and there's no parents in sight watching them. Trashy people, and you'll have the smell of weed and cigarettes in your apartment from your neighbors. Don't bother telling management because they won't do a single thing about it.

Stay as far away as possible. Place is beautiful great location and pricing but they are very underhanded, I was gone from my home out of town and they came into my apartment without notifying me, said it was due to rats that they say I was responsible for, when o brought it to their attention that they needed to give me notice first and allow for me to be there they returned 2 months prepaid rent to me along with an eviction notice for violation of lease. Apartment was in like new condition when I left (I'm a former apartment maintenance and turn around person) they took my deposit for replacing carpets due to pet stains that couldn't exist as there were no pets.
