Riverstone Silver Senior Housing

My experience is, sometimes the door is locked, first just knock, sometimes the staff are there but need to lock door to get important work done. They answer any knock. Also if locked, depending on the time, the staff could be on the grounds, showing units, dealing with the other many daily duties of a large complex, one staff member could be at lunch leaving one to man the office requiring the locking of the office when out. One staff member could be on vacation, sick day, company meetings or errands, the list is endless. My suggestion would be to call, the phone number in on the paperwork outside office or available online. Leave your name and number with brief reason for calling. Someone will call you back that day or next for sure. Remember summer is busy especially during first of the month activities. Patience, the complex is worth the extra time.
