I'm a double amputee. My snap benefits account was closed without my knowledge. I call the office and was treated very rudely and disrespectful. I'm a disabled veteran. When I called, they told me that they had a different address for me in the system. Which is an obvious mistake because I've been at the same address s8nce November of 2013. I tried to explain this to the very rude person who took my call. She wasn't hearing it and tried to insinuate that I wasn't being truthful. When I asked for a supervisor, to denied my request and hung up the phone on me. This is after I was on hold for 35 minutes waiting for assistance. I have no way of getting food now. This place needs to be investigated.

I’m calling the BBB (Better Business Bureau), False claims stating I turned paperwork in late AFTER they gave me my stamps and approved me. I don’t understand.

Had an employee of this place call me a week after I submitted a question on behalf of someone when their policy says 24-48 hours. Sounded angry & didn't want to help at all. All he did was waste my time as he wouldn't answer even the most basic of questions. These people are supposed to be social workers???
