I see other people getting treated really good but when it comes to Hispanic people you can see their whole attitude change right away they act like if we ask for the aid out of their pay checks they do and ask the most from a Hispanic person just to keep adding and adding little details on your case to not give you the help specially that one guy that has the worse costumer service attitude I really don’t even understand how he got hired he don’t talk he only nods don’t give you information it annoys him to help you and talk. This place is just not for Hispanic people just because they work on some government aid help does not give them the right to be treating them like that

They have change the setting it wasnt crowded at all there was only 2 chairs and 6 people in there which is good because less people less drama I like it this way

You Gotta Keep on calling them back to back & it's also a 1800 number u should be able to call but , u may have to Keep on calling them also / that's what they do Never Answer or u get a voice mail .The 800 number will Eventually Answer if u keep on calling that's what I do Call all day if I have to.
ALL OFFICES THE SAME.
Yes your case can get transferred to this office not sure the protocols
Doesn't seem to be a question. Simply go in and get one.
I don't know I'm calling now
Go to the office in the morning
I don't think they will be open on president day
Could be a few different reasons. Change/increase in pay is one of them U need to contact ur case worker
Yes it is
Yes you can go in and speak to the secretary and find out what you need. Not sure of the hours because of the holidays but I'm sure after the New Year you shouldn't have a problem.
I can get a number from my case worker
Apply online or call 800 number...
No
Not sure about that one!!! You should qualify unless your income goes over a certain allowance. If you yourself have an urgent medical situation, CC will resubmit new info to PA so that they will reconsider you but the income is the question. Ask them until you get a decent answer!!!
I agree with RJ Frazier. I believe you will have to provide proof of custody and birth. However the rules and regulations are always changing
Can I do my redetermine on Monday morning or online
Yes you should be able to get a card at the office,
Keep calling or go online
Heeyyyy, Now that I don't know. You can Google the number. I'd rather go in.
There is no more case workers. To get your answer go to the location and ask for your case at the desk. If it has been 6 months then you might need to turn in some paper work. Also this location has had new technology and they are slow to get caught up with the work load.
Come to the office
Go down to the office and ask for a copy of your SNAP benefits
Yes u can pick up
Go to the office in person
You will have to talk to your caseworker for a copy
Because the people who come to this Facility don't demand more or better service. Open your mouth about any problem and someone may listen.
Because u fail to go to your appointment when they send you them letters and u must reply on the days they tell u to
How can i up date my link information if unchanged without having to report to a facility at my 6 month determination and is there a # i can call to speak to a live person. Thanks A. DeJohnette
Today right now
