You must go in (the earlier the better), get a number from the front desk, sit in the room that they direct you to and wait to be called. Bring your ID & SS card! There are about 4 pages of forms for you to complete. Once you are called by a case manager, he/she will tell you IF they can help you. I'm not certain. Idk that if you're homeless, you can go to Matthew House near 38th and Indiana or Southwest PADS west of 71st street for help in getting a state ID. SW PADS gives people photo IDs that can help with obtaining an actual State ID.
