If you can't make it to the office how do I talk to somebody about my case if they don't never answer the phone.

You Gotta Keep on calling them back to back & it's also a 1800 number u should be able to call but , u may have to Keep on calling them also / that's what they do Never Answer or u get a voice mail .The 800 number will Eventually Answer if u keep on calling that's what I do Call all day if I have to.

What I do, Go to the office and get help, in person, phone is a run around!!
