Addus Home Care staff is incompetent A staff contacted me, asking if I was still interested in a position on July 12, 2022. I replied, " yes." I was told by that same staff to come into the office on August 8. 2022 for training at 1:00pm. I arrived before 1:00 pm. The training did not start on time. However, I was informed that my name was not on the list. And of course the staff that contacted me was not there. What a waste of my time , gas and energy. Incompetent Staff.

Addus does a State required training class the last week of every month. Make sure you are registered or you can't work for the company.

The home care aides do not get holidays off but they do get holiday pay if they work them
Direct deposit I know it's no sick days you have to call in before head of time for your shift yes it's vacation days on your anniversary when you start it that's when you take the time off
Most likely your parents and son will have to go to Addus to speak to someone to get the ball rolling. Phone calls take a lot longer than going in person. Son will have to go to training for 3 days. Simple
