Wemt to get assistance.
Beautiful J
It's much clearer now not that many people's since no one really know they're back open but I think everyone should have more smiles and better attitudes life is great no need to frown but on packed days it takes too long unless it's something small like a printout

It is a horrible experience! I took my daughter there on my off day she was there for 8 hours that is terrible! The security guard was the only one person that was nice! If there job is to encourage the people not to be or rely on assistance than they are doing a great job! The supervisors are worse! I suggest to my daughter to get a job and rely on self!

Yes i do believe that they're under staffed!! But i can really say some of the caseworkers are so very nice and understanding for your need!!...that always a good thing.
I NEED THAT NUMBER CAUSE IF I GOTTA GO UP THERE IMMA TREAT TF OUT OF THEM❗
Yes
No you don't because i stayed way in dolton Il and still went to this office so don't let them fool you
I don't think so
It's difficult to answer the phone when customers are already in the office for the same issues you may already be experiencing. It may be easier for you to create an account online to manage your benefits and to answer some of the questions you might have. It may not solve all of your problems, but it's a start.
I don't know. But I do know that you will be there all day until they call you. So when they do call you then you can ask them.
U can go down there and tell them u dnt want link anymore the following month u would be off
Yes..I parked on the side because I wasn't sure..There is parking on the front tho.
Who has a question for me and what is your Question.
If you are from another state, you must cancel your case first before you can receive benefits in IL. However, if your case is in the State of IL, you may transfer your case to the closest local office if you'd like.
You have to go in or go through the website ABE Illinois and setup or sign in to your account. If you email them through the website they will respond before you get through to someone on the phone.
Just go out there. Even though you will be there all day. Until the guard 💂 decides to call you number after you came in

It doesn't matter what day of the week you go, because everyday is crowded. So there is no best day to go.
Go to the website you applied on and log into your account
