I have ONE ISSUE with the man answering the phones at the centre. Let me be clear that everyone else at this particular centre are extremly kind and proffesional. My only dread is to call back (after getting a voicemail) and have this extreemly rude man with a patronizing tone answer the phone. My own dad had the same experience with this man and noticed the same qualities I am complaining about. The funny thing is this man answering the phone will watch his tone depending on who he is currently talking with. I say this because once my dad reveiled to this man that he was indeed my father, and not a patient, he reset his adittude towards him. I can honestly go on in detail and I will do so if I not the only person experiencing this. The type of job this man has can intimadate people from continuing seeking help. I myself wanted to go someplace else where I'm not patronized on the phone or underminded by a rude man who prays on those he notices to be vulnerable. That would be a shame because the actual centre is full of wounderfull Doctors, Social workers, etc.. So I just have my dad call in to set up appointments and pay but somtimes I have to call back after missing a call and I have to deal with this guy. If anyone else notices the same please mention it. I was gonna mention this to my doctor but it seems like small issue, but after hanging up with my Doc, I immediatelly felt regret for not saying. I want to call back but the guy on the phone would charge me again just to talk to anyone else just to complain. So I wrote this review, I hope those who can relate will see this.
