Wish I could give zero stars. Most of these reviews are fake. Trash is everywhere, office is impossible to get a hold of, service requests take FOREVER. Bugs everywhere! Do not live here if you do not have to.

Rented back in 2019 and it was horrible my car and house got broken into had to make two police reports. Showed the management the reports and they could not do anything. Offered to change my lock but that would'nt do anything due to maintenance that broke in would have that key as well. Major bug issues , and car will get towed for the smallest reason.The apartment will do if you have no other choice but run. They will evict you one month before lease is over. Then four years later after you have paid everything off it will still show on your report that you still owe. The employees and managers here are incompetent and lazy.

1. They are really hard to get in touch with even after “new management” They don’t answer the phone and most of time not even in the office 2. They are charging guest 3$ plus tax to visit you 3. They say if you want a reserve spot it’s 35 extra a month you pay & even that process is unorganized they picked the spot for you that’s not even that close to your apartment 4. I didn’t see my apartment until the day I moved in 5. They love to send emails and leaving notes on the door but never able to answer 6. They take forever to fix anything. 7. Yea Don’t be like me stuck in a lease for a year

First of all, there isn't washer and dryer hookups in the apartment. Second, the laundry facilities are nasty, the machines don't work, there's trash everywhere, there is no ventilation or ac, and no place to fold your laundry Third, they advertise 2 pools but one is nastier than a pond and the other one is kind of clean but they keep it locked 24-7. My air conditioner broke down the first week it got hot. The only good thing about this place is that it's the cheapest in town, and I can see why. Save yourself the trouble. Not to mention, they confirmed my move in day and then closed the office that day. I was here with a mattress delivery and a U-Haul full of stuff and nobody in the office to give me a key, luckily the window was unlocked. They never answer the phone, even during business hours
