We lived here for 11 months and enjoyed most of our time here. It is an older complex, which comes with some flaws, but for the lower price comparatively it was reasonable. The area is great for school and general needs. We had one major woe while living there: cockroaches. To give reference, we had a newborn so our apartment was pretty much spotless with the "nesting" desire a mom typically gets when having a baby. Nothing seemed to keep them out. Our catalytic converter also got stollen during a longer bout of the gates being broken, but that could happen anywhere. Vine South seemed to work as quickly as possible to get the gates fixed, but the gates were broken often. It could have just been the period we were there. Overall, the staff was extremely kind and helpful if you would go in person to the office. It was also a serene place to walk around with the tall trees and animals, and it didn't seem to be in the flight path of DFW even though it is located so close. We didn't personally get involved with the community because we had a new baby and COVID, flu, RSV, etc., but we did see neighbors hanging out at the pool often.

Good community . Waiting to return soon when the damages is fixed after the snow storm. The administration always very helpful and with bilingual service.

I came to the view the property and found out that it's out of my price range but the property itself was beautiful and the employees were really nice.
