4.5 stars. 😁 I have lived here over a year now and I love it. Wendy, the manager is very nice, personable, and helpful, even after hours when I text her. She's awesome. The apartments are a bit older, but upgraded. No bug problems whatsoever in my apt or any I've heard of. (Thank God!) All my neighbors are so nice and everyone gets along. It's very quiet at night. Small complex, which I love. The only complaints I have would be that the walls and windows seem pair thin, I can hear everything outside, even conversations. 🙊🙊 And that the rent is going up quite a bit this year. But that's understandable, everything is going up in price. Oh and the tiny kitchen. Lol. Overall I totally enjoy living here.

So far everything has gone great! From touring apartments to signing our lease. My boyfriend and I are very happy with choosing Ridgecrest as our home for the next 12 months. Not to mention we love our apartment. Big thanks to the property manager who helped us with a smooth transition!

I have lived at Ridge Crest for almost a year and I like it here. It is so close to everything you need. Because the complex is small, it is peaceful and quiet all the time. The grounds are always clean, I never have an issue with parking, and maintenance is always quick to fix any problems that I have(very few). My unit is all updated and the bathroom is beautiful! The only downside to this place is that the laundry area is small. I will say that the machines are always clean and working! Other than that, this place is a hidden gem.
