I purchased my car last October. I was BRIBED into getting the protection plan by Willie Stephens. When I say bribe, I mean did absolutely everything he could to convince me to get this. He told me he really needs to meet his quota, so he messed around with numbers and got it to where I wasn't paying extra. THEN, he told me I had ONE FULL YEAR to get a full refund (but ONLY if we didn't use it or file any claims). It's now 4 days away from hitting one year, so I call the Protection Plan. The lady tells me the full refund was only if canceled within 30 days. I immediately called Grapevine Ford and asked to speak to Willie. I was asked my name and reason. was then given a run around why he and all his superiors were busy, so I said I would just come in person to speak to him. I was told to hold on and she would get the "director". I explained everything to the director and was dismissed and was told I must have just misunderstood him. I asked him if this was something I would need an attorney for and he began freaking out and raising his voice to me saying "THATS IT I CANT SPEAK TO YOU ANYMORE" and then proceeded to hang up on me. The ONLY reason this review has 1 star is for Ty Young who sold us the car. He was absolutely fantastic. This place is a scam. Willie Stephens and the director (Mr. Kaba?) are absolutely worthless human beings and should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people out of $3000+. I hope no one else falls for their lies.

I am an out of state buyer from Louisiana. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Grapevine Texas. Karla Reynoso at Grapevine Ford Lincoln provided such an easy and smooth vehicle acquisition for me. She went above and beyond providing me an in person, sight unseen purchase from the comfort of my home. Karla provided narrated videos inside and outside of the vehicle with numerous up close videos of the truck body, fenders, wheels, tires, bedcover and more. All your have to say is jump and she will show you how high. A big shout out to Karla. Thank you for your care and concern for my purchase, thank you for chauffeuring me to the dealership from DFW airport, a big thank you to Joe Gobea in finance for making this so easy for me. It was a very comfortable ride from Grapevine, TX back home to Baton Rouge. I’d do it 10 more times. Thank you again to the team at Grapevine Ford for the great communication and great experience.

Yes they do. There is one at the main entrance gate and another one on the wall next to the quick lane garage entrance.
