Ordered a PO box about 2 weeks ago, and came out to check our PO box.. Turns out the lock was missing screws to hold the lock onto the box last week. Today.. I came out to check the PO Box and out PO box has no lock on it with few mails inside. Such a sloppy job they do since their work performance don’t matter at all here.

A family member inadvertently sent a package containing items that meant a lot to me to my old address in grapevine so I called the complex and explained the situation. She was less than helpful and a little rude. Told me no box was there for my old apt number or name. I filed a report with post office and followed up with a phone call to explain what was in the box. A few hours later Todd at grapevine post office called me to say he was able to retrieve the Box from my old apartment and that he would be mailing it out on Monday. Talk about going above and beyond, I can't say thank you enough for your help, as well as Miss Janet's help on the phone. Faith in humanity restored, thank you Grapevine Post Office!!

Nice staff but never a sense of urgency and why they only have 1 person out front with 10 people in line EVRRY TIME I COME is frustrating! The self service machine is a great option IF IT EVER WORKED! IT IS ALWAYS OUT Of ORDER!

My package has been there since June 8th.. where is my package.? It does not take that long to get to California
It all depends on how it was sent. You have next day, 2 to 3 days or 7 to 10 days. Was the address correctly placed? Where is it coming from?
Sorry that situation. I would fill a claim online. They have the hardware to hopefully locate it or do an insurance claim.

Unless it is stuck in customs. I would file a claim on it. It shouldn't take that long. They have to check if the address is correctly written. It if the address came off the parcel. There could be a few reasons why. You can file a claim or search after 21 days.

Post office counter closes at 7 PM. There is a self service station within the Post Office that is available 24 hours a day.
Have her check back with them constantly. They seem to be understaffed as they never delivered my package at the appropriate return date.

All the drop boxes outside the post office have a pick up time. The window close @ 7. Be there before then, Monday thru Friday. Saturday the window closes @ 1:30. The drop boxes are 4:30.

You can take your own, but you need to use a place like Walgreens because they know the size and backgrounds that are accepted.
I dont think you can just for 1 package. How ever you can drop it off @ any post office. They have a 24 hr drop off next to the automated postal center. Before doing that take a pic of the label before parting with the parcel.
The passports all go to the same place for processing. It takes about four weeks. Seems to arrive faster if you are not in a hurry.
No u dont . And I seen yes u can get a photo taken there I think it's 15 bucks
Go to the post office and fill out a renewal passport application. The application will tell you what paperwork you need to bring with you.
