We lived at The Vine for a year and didn't really have complaints. A lot of reviews mention management and attitude problems but each time I had an interaction with Candy she was fair to work with. When I did have an issue when moving out, she looked into some information and did her due diligence and we got it resolved quickly. I think the key was we approached the situation with respect so then respect was given to us. I know everyone's situation is different but for us we didn't really have any complaints other than the lack of parking and the other lazy pet owners that didn't clean up after their pets. Erik the maintenance manager was great to work with as well - we took care of our place pretty well so we didn't have much interactions with him but when we did, he was always helpful and friendly.

There is no visitor parking at ALL so when I went to go visit a friend who lives here for a couple hours, my car was towed and I had to pay $330 with a $90 "gas fee" that took my car just down the road; it doesnt cost $60 to drive my car 500 miles even with gas being ridiculously priced at $5.17/gallon. There was no sign on or near my parking space that said I couldn't park there and when I came out the car was just gone, no one had called it in, it was just an empty space that was left. My friend has even had their car booted and towed when they LIVE there. So unless you don't want to have anyone ever come to your place and want to pay ridiculous fees for absolutely no reason other than they are cheap and want to extort you for your money, sure, go ahead and live here.
