Literally had my car all day just to tell me at the end of the day that their AC machine was broken. Aside from an oil change and tire rotation (which I could've done myself) they failed to address my main concern in a timely fashion. I could've went somewhere else instead of waiting. Also, they don't honor military service. No discount for us

I'm not sure if haven't had it done yet give them a call if your not satisfied get a second opinion pep boys is a block away
Contact them and if all else fails there is a pick and pull that have really good batteries with a year warranty at a low rate
