I went in and I didn’t really have an idea about what I wanted, I just knew I wanted to lighten my dark brown. Rachel did an amazing job. She gave me some light blonde partial highlights on my top and it blended perfectly with my dark brown underneath! Not to mention the hair cut was amazing! I have been getting so many compliments on my hair :)

I’m sorry but this was the worst manicure I’ve ever had! Nippers were dull so my cuticles were really just pulled off instead of a nice clip. Also the clippers weren’t sterile, she just pulled them out of her drawer, plus the file was nasty 🤮
