From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Rachel was my sales person and she was amazing. Thank you for asking! At Mercedes-Benz of Northlake, the safety of our guests and teammates remains one of our top priorities. We've installed partitions, increased our sanitation stations, utilize car steering wheel covers and seat covers in service, and have masks and gloves available for guests. In addition to those safety precautions, we offer complimentary vehicle sanitation for our guests, health care workers, and first responders. We've amplified our nightly cleaning and have a specialist visit weekly for deep sanitation throughout the dealership.
