Lost parts given with paint job and was told will call back - no call nor replacement for what they lost. Would not trust them with any more business

I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair. They kept it for 3 weeks. For another few months they kept telling me that they were waiting on authorization. In contacting the warrant company, the estimate was never submitted. Maaco had me waiting through my entire limited warranty period, assuring me the entire time, and it was all a lie. I don't know why they did this. I asked them repeatedly to call, to check on it, to do anything and they assured me that they were. They did nothing. They lied about following up because there was nothing to follow up on. They said they submitted it through some online system, but the warranty company never received it. They told me they called, but that has to be false, otherwise they would have known that it was never received.

Customer service was not bad, but I highly recommend asking them if they can match the color of your car. I've only had my car a year, I should not have to drive around with a two toned car. I've had paint work done on my car before and they got it closer than this. After asking what could be done, they stated this was the closest they could get. I now I have to pay another company to fix it.

If you have and old car and you don't care about how it'll look, this is the place for you. In addition to that I was charged for a bracket because I needed it they didn't ordered it or got lost at the time when I picked up my car in wasn't installed it was about 10 days till they finally received it from the dealer but at that time I had already purchased and installed it, it turns out there are 2 brackets in my car of course they ordered the cheapest one which wouldn't work because the more expensive one was required they refused to order the one I actually needed it. Bumper clips, screws missing parts not aligned or badly put back together, orange peel, runny paint.. like I said, if you don't care, take it here.
