the people who work here are so kind! (edit: I just wanted to add context: the paint on top of my car had totally peeled to the point where the whole roof needed to be resealed and repainted. I’m a teacher & I was concerned about how long I would have to go without a car. Not only did these kind people listen to me, but they also got the whole job done in 2 days (a day EARLIER than promised), and they even repainted my door handles for free just out of the kindness of their hearts. It was also so sweet how excited we all were when I came to see the final product. A few days later, a lady I know actually asked me if it was a new car!!! So, it’s a really great place. They went above & beyond & I’m grateful for this business being in my community. ESPECIALLY the ladies at this Maaco.)

Maaco on Covedale was right what the doctor ordered for my 2017 Jeep Patriot! The customer service was spot on! Emily gave me a more than reasonable estimate for body repair and paint! The shop experts had me in and out in a days time! Maaco on Covedale must be the #1 Maaco in the Charlotte region!

The paint itself is fine. However, I didn’t get to inspect the final product before I left. They literally ripped the weather moulding trim off the room of my car on both sides. One side flew off of my car on the highway and the other is coming off. Because of their sloppy work, I now have to buy a replacement trim set and have it installed. I’m also missing 2 screws for my license plate which was also about to fall off my car. There’s also a chip in the paint on the rear passenger side door. Extremely disappointing. They are budget choice for a reason, but you don’t save anything because you have to fix all the things they break. Go elsewhere. I don’t understand why a tech or a person would be a in business if this is how they’re going to perform. At a bare minimum my car should be returned to me in the same condition it was or better (new paint job) instead of trim being ripped off and just laid in the crevice. I’ll be sending this Maaco an invoice and contacting the corporate office.

I took my ‘79 Bronco, which I have been working on for a few years, to this Maaco and I couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out. Emily was thorough and responsive and the the paint shop folks did such a great job. I will be taking another project there based on how this one turned out! Thank you all! Dana

No I dont sell paint. With wheels eventually they will peel unless they're powder coated but I could paint them I just wouldnt be able to warranty it
