Hendrick Honda on South Blvd is the only dealership that I and my family has had the smoothest and most impeccable service rendered. My household alone has purchased and traded in more than 4 vehicles within one year. Sam and Adair provided a stress free buying experience every time. From keeping car payments low and offering the vehicle that we wanted and more, I am more than grateful. On top of the help at the time of purchasing, Adair also schedules appointments for me when my oil changes are due. For future shoppers, I would highly recommend this dealership and the team of employees there. I would give this review a million stars if I could.

We just recently moved back to Charlotte from the Bay Area. Was really hesitant to buy a car especially as pricing has skyrocketed with the pandemic and not owning a car since leaving in 2018. In the past, my experience with car buying has been such a hassle and an all day ordeal. We found the model/make of the car I was interested in buying online and made an appointment at Hendrick Honda. Our salesperson was Dakota Buckey who could not have made the experience any better. He was personable, kind, respectful of our time and attentive. We were there a total of 2.5 hours. I drove away in a pristinely clean, sparkly new Honda Civic EX. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Hendrick Honda South will always have the best new Honda inventory. However they do have plenty of clean used vehicles worth looking into. They understand & practice Hondas philosophy with every friend they encounter. You can tell they enjoy buying & selling to all our neighbors here in Carolinas.

If it's just a key fob battery go to auto zone they have batteries too.
They charge very expensive

They can help but it will probably be through the dealership...but there's other spots that will come to you and bring you a key or make it on the spot.
As Richard said, don't leave the battery out too long. Also, my key has a small gasket to protect the insides that needs to be seated correctly.
