With "Almighty" Bank of America and numerous sky scrapers as a prominent backdrop to "the Queen CITY", Charlotte is considered a metropolitan area. Therefore, its Office Depots should be equipped like one. None of this 2 copiers nonsense. Counter personnel: You guys better juggle those online orders and those walk-ins with equal measure. Don't shortchange the walk-ins in favor of the online orders in terms of customer service. Error messages, slow machines, and cashiers who just stand there like all they know how to do is ring up a sale but can't help in the copy, print and fax area...? Bogus.

New to the area, I found the stores reasonably stocked and some sales associate competent, professional, and helpful. I would give a five star but there is still some needed customer service training needed for certain associates that failed to acknowledge my presence.

Great service. Only needed a little card stock paper so salesperson even suggested getting small amount from copy area instead of 250 sheets when I only need 15! Very helpful to my wallet!
