I experienced exceptional service from the entire sales team. Brandon was the associates name that helped me out. He was extremely patient and attentive. In reference to your issues, the transmission on your Acadia was covered under your 36 month unlimited mile warranty with a $25 deductible. We provided you with a loaner vehicle to drive while your vehicle was in our shop. The other issue you are speaking on behalf was a TSB stemming from General Motors in which their campaign wouldn't cover. We gave you many different options in order to help you get the vehicle fixed and you chose to return the vehicle instead of accept our help. It's unfortunate that you had the issues and General Motors would not help us remedy what was an issue on their behalf based on the facts from their website, but we were there to help in any way we could. Best of luck with your new Acadia.
