We visited the Brentwood store this week to "test drive" lift chairs. We loved the variety of chairs available and Andy was so extremely helpful (and patient) as we asked questions and tried out several chairs. We recently had a terrible experience with a lift chair purchase (didn't work) from a furniture store and wanted to make sure we got the right chair this time. We bought a chair, it was delivered the next day by a very personable and knowledgeable person, Alex. My husband slept like a baby last night in his new, super-comfortable chair. While at the store, we observed Andy waiting on several other customers. He was so helpful to each of the them and all of us left the store smiling and happy with our purchases. I highly recommend All Star Medical to anyone needing a scooter (they helped us with a repair for my husband's scooter -- and much less expensive than we had been quoted by other sources!), a lift chair, or any other medical product. Great company and people!

Awesome Medical Supply Store! I have been a customer of All Star Medical for about 5 years now and they are always great to work with. Andy, who runs the Franklin store has gone out of his way on more than one occasion to help with issues I was having related to my mobility scooter and lift. They are fair and honest and the customer service cant be beat! You can find things cheaper on the internet, but they will not come with the type of service and warranty that All Star Medical will offer you!

We rented a motorized wheel chair from All Star. They had a good selection to choose from. The chair was ready for pick up. It was very clean. The staff went in detail how to use it, how to charge it, and how to break it down so it would fit in our car, and how to set it back up again. The chair worked perfectly, and the staff was friendly and knowledgable. A good experience overall.
