I love this location! It's extremely convenient to access. No fighting endless bumper to bumper traffic and other associated stresses of having to drive to Nashville. I don't even have to get on the highway at all. I adore all of the staff. Especially Candace and Lindsay. Nurse Practitioner Addie is wonderfully calm, pleasant and patient. In my experience she will take as much time as needed to answer your questions AND help you understand the answers! Candace does a great job of scheduling, never a problem to reschedule or getting a time slot that works best for you, and I love her personality. I am always in and out in a jiffy. I once was in and out the door within 30 minutes! Normally it takes no more than 10 minutes to be called back to the exam room. I CANNOT find one negative thing to say about this PMG office and staff.

Try the main office in The Hickory Hollow area on Crossings Blvd. They also have a Newer office in West Nashville, on White Bridge Rd, Nextdoor to Premier Radiology.
I don't recommend this practice. Power hungry, judgemental staff. I have never done anything to be treated like a drug seeking patient, passed every drug screening, passed psychological exam, pill count was on spot for 5 years yet, due to an assistants Typo, they Fired Me for being short 10 pills. Would not allow me to appeal or explain her error.
BCBS did not require a referral. However they are in our plan options. You just have to make sure they are in network
