This is like the 5 car i have purchased from jackson auto sales. I first bought a car from them when phil and brenda were running business. I have always been very happy with the vehicles and the customer service. When i am asked i always refer people to Jackson auto sales. Even my daughter's are looking at doing business with them. I am very pleased with the new car that i just purchased.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt as tho I needed to do so with this situation. 1st I just financed the car with them and the night I took it home it needed a boost. Took it back and they said it was the alternator that was draining the battery. I left on he bus that day as they did not offer a replacement car.(been to a dealer b4 where they did) it took a couple days to fix(all the while I was talking the bus again) but they did fix. Drove it for a couple more weeks and it just stopped at a stop light. My step dad said the issue sounded like something with the fuel(happened on a Sunday) they had to tow my car to he lot and the had it for a week(a Monday to Monday)(taking bus the whole time) after they found that the issue was water(and entire gallon)in my fuel line. They had to drain my fuel line and all. They tried to say JT was due to flooding for the hurricane (Florence) but it did not effect me. Then he said his self that that much water would have stopped my car immediately, which pointed to bad gas or tampering/ vandalism. They fixed my car but the issue came when it was time to pick up my car. They told me to call my insurance company to see if they covered it and I couldn’t get e car until the amount ($400+) was taken care of. Waiting on my insurance to see what they can do but I’m on a time crunch because I start a out of town job soon. They did not offer to do a payment plan or put it on my car amount. Mean while I didn’t even pay for my tags yet or my fiat car payment which will equal up to $900 all due this month. Thy said that even though I was still in my first month when this happened it didn’t have anything to do with how the car ran(understandable I guess). It just seems like they just care about money, so I don’t know. I love my little car I really do but, I just wish somebody told me about the hassle before I purchased. They jury’s still out on the situation. I’m going to have to pay it and then get it back later if my insurance company is taking to long with it.

WORST FINANCING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I can think of only 2 times I ever wrote a bad review because I am understanding. However I would like for readers to proceed with caution with this company... I came to Phil Jackson because my parents and family purchased cars from there years ago without a problem. However my second day having the Chevy 2010 equinox, this car was jerking. I took it back and they generously decided to fix this. Weeks would go by and I was informed that I would have the car but then they would extend the days. almost a month later I received the car and made my first payment. A week from that my car did the same exact thing. I was informed that it was under the mechanics warranty and I should take it to him. Which I did. I had to keep bringing this car back every other week for an additional two months. Finally I was informed it was the Engine!!!I did not make anymore payments because I was no longer driving the car and it never drove without the car cutting off. Debbie at Phil Jackson said that she wanted me to pay in addition to my down payment $2500 if she had the engine fixed. She fix the engine and did not want to negotiate the $2500. I later found out that a relative of mine purchased a car with them and the engine went out on the first day. She charged them $700 in addition to there down payment. So I was left without my down payment and without my car because I could not afford to pay for a car that did not drive and rent a car while a waited for it to be fix. Please take this in consideration when looking for a car!!! GO TO ANOTHER DEALER!!

James 1:2-4 Count it ALL joy my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
I don't think no 18 months but u must have a license. I have had 2 cars with them. They are really great people. I would recommend anyone to get a car from them. Go speak to Keenan he's great! Just go and be honest
