They sell you a bad car and give you 5 days to bring it back. 5 days isn’t enough time to see the true colors of a car. Sell you warranty and still doesn’t take care of the much NEEDED repairs. Customer service and customer resolution are useless, they don’t accommodate you. THEY ARE NOT SOLUTION BASED !!! How can you say these car go through inspection and everything before selling and the transmission is faulty ! They are frauds !!! BEWARE

I have to say that has been the easiest and fastest car buy experience I have had. We had an issue with one of the vehicles that we had picked out, not Drivetimes fault. The sales manager Laval, get us into another vehicle quick and painlessly. I highly recommend speaking with him about your next vehicle purchase. We will definitely be back to buy another vehicle from him. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

1/24/2022: Brie made my process of being back on the road easy and painless. After dealing with the drama with my last car this was a much needed relief. If you are looking for your next vehicle go to drive time and ask for Brie!!! Today: DO NOT... I REPEAT... DO NOT buy a car from drive time. I've only had my car a few months and have already had to do major repairs totaling an estimated $2500. I understand that car have hiccups here and there but this has been ridiculous. I've spoken to multiple DriveTime representatives to no avail and even caught them in a lie. This isn't a reflection of the customer service provided by the sales person at the beginning of the buying process but the quality of the cars are obviously not the main priority of DriveTime as a whole. Save your money, save your time and go somewhere else.

So listen, the staff here were A++. Place was clean. I didn’t have people coughing in my space. Just Awesome. Ryan was my sales rep. He was cool, efficient, and got the job done. Only thing, the finance company, Bridgecrest, is S***. I’m a driver. So of course, I’ll clear 1500 miles in 3-4 days. After that 1500 miles, the check engine light came on. So now I have almost $500 monthly payments, AND I have to repair fuel pump issues with a car I haven’t had 30 days🙄 And to add to it…what was quoted to me online, for the vehicle I wanted, was a complete LIE! Frfr. Straight dismissed. So due to me being in a hurry to find a vehicle, I’m left with a vehicle that isn’t worth what DriveTime charges for it🤦🏾♀️ Fml

No. You have to have a driver's license.
Yes they run credit..and no big down payment
Yes it is
Drive time sucks and so does Bridgecrest and silver rock they get you into a car then your screwed and the cars don't last a year without breaking down then you have a problem getting them fixed because they play games with you I don't recommend getting a car from them scam artists
