Be very careful when buying a car here and I would recommend having it inspected prior to purchase. I bought a Subaru Outback from them 4 months ago and have been overall happy with the car and price that was negotiated. Problem was, it had a brake fluid leak that showed up within the first week which I had fixed at a local shop. I reached out to Instacar to see if they would in good faith cover the repair and that did not work. Lucky I didn't crash during that time period, but when I got it fixed I then found out it had an oil leak! This was stemming from the oil drain plug, so I did the oil change myself to swap out what I thought might be a bad plug or gasket. I found out there was no oil gasket! After that I found out that part of the air intake duct didn't even have any plastic clips (located under the hood) to hold it in place which caused it to come off while driving. In addition to these problems when I bought the car they had acted as if they didn't know the stereo in the car had a bad screen and was about to die. I negotiated that into the price because I noticed it before purchase, but I would warn others about their lack of honesty. Happy with the car, unhappy with the dishonesty and poor maintenance while under their care.

Great car dealership. I tried selling my car to Britt and didn’t end up going through with it. However, we had an interesting interaction and if I were to buy a car from someone these guys would be a great option. Go see Brit if you have the chance!

Very nice staff but unfortunately not very helpful. They were very picky with income even after I was able to prove I had the qualified amount. They were also unable to tell me why I was denied. I would’ve liked to get some helpful tips or info as I am a first time buyer. I guess the integrity is all false advertising. ALSO NOTE, they respond to REVIEWS not DIRECT EMAILS. As shown below.

We thought we were getting a good experience because, initially, it was a very good experience with getting a car, the friendliness, and the service. However, once we drove off that light, that's when all the problems begin. We were never able to get the trunk open and the salesperson, Britt Pope, promised to get us a key fob in order to open the trunk in which they never did and never returned any of our calls regarding that device. Then, we found out, by taking the car directly to the dealer, that there was an issue regarding the wiring which cause the car to cut off abruptly on a Sunday morning. This, plus many other issues, essentially ensure that we will never be using sign and drive ever again. I'd advise you to avoid them at each and every cost.

In regard to cleanliness, the long-term maintenance and care of your car are what's most important in determining our appraisal offer.
