February and March are the highest volume months so at times the wait times can be 2-3 hours and sometimes more depending on the situation. We try to give every customer the benefit of the doubt and provide them with a pathway to approval. Some scenarios require much more work and time to process the customers information on the application and unfortunately not all customers are honest.
