I have lived here at the Marquis since 2019 and I love it! The leasing staff are attentive and thoughtful and even do kind gestures like random treats or Birthday cards for residents. Throughout the Pandemic and catastrophes that have occurred we always felt very supported and cared for even in such a large community. The location is perfect considering we are close to a major airport and plenty of activities to fit any lifestyle. We’ve made several life changes over the years and we were able to switch units with no hassle at all. The units are maintained beautifully and they are spacious. Highly recommend moving here!

We love calling Marquis at Silver Oaks home! The staff is outstanding and quick to come to our aid with any, and I mean ANY problems we encounter on the property. The property is well kept. It’s convenient to the airport, shopping, dining and downtown Dallas is a quick 25 min ride! We look forward to a few more years here!

The property is beautiful and the amenities are great and well kept! The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are done in a timely manner and a nice walking trail in the back of the property to get some daily movement.

Hey Brandon: the answer is sort of and yes, respectively. I've never had to park more than a 30 second walk from my particular apartment building (which is nice when you're coming back with groceries!), but if i really wanted to have a parking spot even closer, I could pay to have a spot under... well, awnings aren't exact, but they're not far wrong either! Lit edifices that provide protection again weather with a roof over your car. Lastly, you could go for the last option, which is that some of the apartments actually come with a garage! It's more expensive, but it's storage space and/ or a place for you to park your car in - or just in front of.

Theres a doggy park area on the grapevine trails behind the complex. But no, no kids playground. Although the front office does hold several activities at the pool during the summer for families with djs, burgers, hotdogs etc.
