Javante Butler works at the front desk and he is one of the kindest and hardest working individuals I’ve ever worked with. Anytime I had questions or issues he was quick to resolve it. Sometimes we take good customer service for granted and I want to make sure Javante is recognized for all that he does for the company! The previous management company had the property looking pretty rough but I have noticed ever since the new management they are slowly improving!

All i can say is WOW i called for maintenance to come repair my A/C as it was not working or turning on they were here literally within 5 minutes. They sent Hector and Oscar. What a great experience!!!!!! I give 5 stars to Hector and Oscar and maintenance. THANK YOU.

I had a slight issue with the billing company (not managements fault). I reached out to management and Grant resolved the issue ASAP. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive! He kept me informed of the status of my case and was patient with me. Very grateful for the amazing customer service. Grant went above and beyond to help me. The whole office team is friendly and professional.
