Awful place DO NOT MOVE HERE. terrible unprofessional management with awful communication. They blame every problem on the residents and take no accountability. The laundry rooms were always filthy and they painted and think they can raise the rent 300 dollars a month. I lived with mold for months and my AC broke 3 times this year. I didn’t have AC for 3 whole weeks in Texas July before they came and did something about it. I go to pay my last months rent today and even though we verbally agreed on an amount to pay its almost 200 dollars more. It has been a nightmare of a year living here and I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. Please dont move here, people work to hard to see there money wasted on a hole in the wall apartment like this.

One of the most egregious incompetent management team I have ever come across in my 40 years of renting. Extremely unprofessional with no sense of courtesy. Their lack of clear concise communication is severely lacking. I would not recommend this place at all. I rarely lose my cool but they drove me beyond my patience with their ineptitude. As soon as I am able I will be moving out, unless we get a competent team of managers!

Edit / Update 2: They're now lying in response to my review. (see below.) They've specifically gone into people's homes to resurface tubs / showers, and they do also charge an amenity fee. It's on my bill every single month. This place is a hole in the ground, do not move here. The buildings are ancient. And the current property company charges amenity fees on top of their already-high rent. Goes up about 100 dollars a year. If you can afford that, you might as well rent somewhere that's actually nice. Edit: They're now going into people's houses and remodeling while they're still living in them, so it smells like chemicals while that's going on also.

I moved in 6 months ago and I love it. The apartment is comfy and cozy and the staff is very responsive if there's ever a problem--of which there have been very few! The neighborhood is great and it's close to Lake Grapevine and hiking/running/riding trails. It is also close to every store or restaurant you could imagine. Great place to live! Updated 7.16.22 The management has gone downhill with the new owners. They recently asked us to call and TELL them what assigned parking spot we wanted. None of their phone numbers worked, however. So I rushed home from work to get to the office before it closed at 530, only to find it closed st 515. I went over this morning, Saturday, at 1130 and it is closed even tho it's supposed to be open 10-2.

Sorry for my grammar and spelling. Everyone knows that the actual cost is top secret for any apartment. You have to jump through a hoop called "what's your personal information" first. Duh. I've been dealing with all of the dfw apartments for years now, and each and every one of them is exactly the same. They waste your time getting what they want from you, only to realize that you don't care to live there, but still they feel like they did their job just in case you did. Its rather uncourteous to the customer.
No
No. This community is not gated but area seems to be safe. I just moved here about a month ago. Haven't encountered any issues since I been here.
