Beautiful property!!! Abigail was absolutely amazing!!! Have considered and visited many properties in the past few weeks, Grapevine will be my choice for a later November to December move-in date. She sold property with her genuine and real personality. Agents can be sellers and she was for my interest in what I was looking for in a living space without selling but again simply real and genuine! Bravo to her and you will enjoy her tours and the property!

My 2 cents: Spoke with a leasing agent back in March 2022 via phone/email. Called back in July 2022 as recommended. The same leasing agent sarcastically asked if a studio apartment would work (didn't realize that was the only floor plan available at that time). She asked this after telling me to remind her of my household size as we discussed previously. Never recieved a call back in response to voicemail/email from the agent after that lol. The floor plans offered seem to be at market price for rent in the area. Prior to the pandemic I took a tour of the community and a 1b/1b model apartment. The grounds are well kept and clean. Seems like an okay place to live, but make sure to seriously consider other communities in the area for your search. Lack of professionalism from the leasing office is minor and somewhat expected anywhere. But if you are going to pay the market price for rent in the Grapevine area (which seems high), you might want to consider how the onsite staff interact with you as a potential tenant. I would hate to have to deal with a lack professionalism or worse to risk having poor quality service during an entire lease. Happy searching!
