This is HANDS DOWN the Best Little Caesars Pizza location I've ever had an experience with! ALL of the young men that work here are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and go the extra mile to make customers happy with no problem at all!! The pizza is Always Hot n Ready, the speciality items are excellent and fast as well! I will go out of my way just to go to THIS LOCATION, mostly due to the customer service!! Keep Up The Great Work! I would definitely recommend THIS LOCATION if you're in the mood for Quick, Non-Expensive, Chain Pizza place where the staff doesn't disappoint!! 🤘

Good customer service at this location which is much friendlier than all the locations in Charlotte, but they loaded my pizza down with cheese when I asked for LIGHT cheese LIGHT sauce. I don't know why people think I'm kidding when I ask for it. Not everyone like cheesy pizza.

They never and i mean never have any pizza ready . You have to wait 15-20min to get it . The hiphop music with swear words playing out loud , I had to have my kid wait in the car . Before it used to be a food location with always ready pizza .

Depends on the day. Sometimes you want 5 minutes in the drive through before anyone comes. Most of the time they tell you it’s a 15+ minutes wait for pizza. All the time, the employees act like you have interrupted their nap and they have something better to do.
