I went today and their service was terrible, I understand being understaffed but if it get to the point you mid treat the costumers just close. The meals they gave us maybe had 15 fries in it they gave us more sauce than food. The inside they had closed so I didn’t even try to take it back.

Specific location's service is slow and terrible but I always ensure to be appreciative to the employees. Latest trip the cashier verbally stated my total and I handed her my card. Referenced my bank later in the week and was charged for a completely different amount, which was more. Not exactly sure how this happens? Is a tip function for her to add even possible at Popeyes? Not worth arguing over with the employee days later... Review is to bring awareness and have people reference their accounts if paid electronically. But, you damn right know I'll be back for that chicken sandwich, maybe just a different location.

This location of Popeyes is doing things right! Steady traffic in the drive through but they keep it moving like a well oiled machine. The attendant the past two times was clear and concise and was sure to confirm my order before proceeding. The chicken tenders and biscuit was a great treat and not even close ro a disappointment. You'll see me again soon Popeye's of Indian Trail 😊

Chicken was the worst. The color looks like it was fried from diseased chicken or It seems to have been fried several times with leftovers. I never want to go again. 12/28/2021 11am.
