This is the norm for this location. They are very lazy and nasty. They serve you with out washing their hands and preparing your food. If you don't believe me check there sanitation score. And check your order before you leave if not you are going to be very upset when you get home because it's always something wrong with your order. This is the worst popeyes I have ever been to. I miss the one that was in Monroe. SMFH this place is so messed up. And one last thing the employees are rude and unprofessional and that includes management.

Nope, not standard, or they would not be in business. Speak to the store manager, privately and calmly. They will often do things to make it right. They need you to be a repeat customer.
Daniel I'm shocked that you had this experience. It's definitely not standard. I would speak with a manager and calmly let them know what happened. They genuinely do care. This is my go to Popeyes location and I've never had a bad experience. I drive out of my way to go to this one because of the people there.
