Jesse and Derek came out to repair my tankless hot water heater. They were fast, friendly and very professional. I will definitely refer this company with plumbing needs.

I recently got my shower cartridge and toilet fill valve replaced by Craig and he was wonderful to work with. He was super easy to communicate with and very explanative about the materials needed, and the process of the repair. Knowing how shady some contract workers can be, it's super great knowing I can call Craig for an honest opinion and estimate.

We had a great experience with this company. We needed four bathroom faucets replaced in our home. Craig was our service person and he was always on time and very knowledgeable. With our house being older we had a few problems but Craig was always very professional and accomplished the job. We would definitely use them again.

Daniel P, was very knowledgeable. Able to explain the situation, to where a normal person that knows nothing about plumbing could understand.

Questions & Answers

How does high-velocity water jetting work?

Hydro jetting requires specialized tools that force water through your plumbing system at high pressures. Here at Custom Plumbing, before we start, we inspect your pipes to make sure they are not too damaged to withstand the high-velocity water jetting process. Once your pipes have passed the basic hydro jetting test, we will put a jetting hose into your plumbing system and begin pumping water into it at the required pressure. Depending on your system’s condition, our plumbers might need to adjust the pressure to avoid damaging your pipes. High-velocity water jetting can clear your pipes of many different types of debris–grease, dirt, and even solid objects are no match for highly pressurized water!

What are the reasons for tilting water heater tanks?

If your water heater is tilting, the cause depends on your specific situation. However, there are two common causes of tilting water heater tanks. The first is that the platform had water damage and is no longer as strong as it was. This can happen if you have an older water heater that’s been through a lot of use or if you replaced your old water heater with a bigger one. The second cause is when a larger water heater is put on a platform built for a smaller one. This can cause the platform to become weak and unstable. If this happens, your water heater may start to lean.
