We do not have a trip charge or an estimate charge. Our technicians will come out to your home and provide you with a free and honest quote for any new system! We do charge a $79 diagnostic fee for repairs. However, that fee is waived if you decide to go with the technician’s recommended repairs.

Pricing is not provided over the phone. There are too many variables that affect pricing and without having a clear understanding of the exact issues/concerns there is no way to provide an accurate diagnosis and price.

Filters, depending on the type, should be replaced every 30 days. However, if you have pets or smoke, you may need to do so more frequently.

UV Lights are highly recommended as part of your system... they kill bacteria, germs, viruses, etc.

We don't recommend it. They don't usually have the necessary training which can often lead to improper installation. Additionally, they can be in violation of the law if they are not properly licensed and have not pulled required permits.

I had an electric water heater installed for 890...I purchased the water heater from Lowe's and had them install it...great work and fast! It is a bit expensive if you buy thier model from them so I suggest buying one at Lowe's or home depot.

We did pick a winner of the 103 degree contest. The winner guessed the date of 5/5 at 3:33pm and that’s exactly when the valley first hit 103 degrees! The winner will be going on a cruise for two at the end of this summer.

Melvin is played by our Warehouse Manager named Jerry. In real life Jerry is very polite, serious, and incredibly hard working. It’s fun to see him transform into a completely different character so far from himself on commercial shoot days!
