The best part of this all is they offer Complimentary valet parking available for the day of the treatment, including local guests enjoying the Spa facilities. My time here was divine . What I enjoyed most was the Himalayan pink salt room where it was infused with actual mists of salt in the air that you inhale and could taste it as well . The benefits of this is to clear your airways,provide nutrients & immune boosting minerals. The relaxation was a nice vibe as well with all other amenities included . When it was all said and done we went and enjoyed drinks down in the bar of the Ritz called The K lounge a nice sexy set up . Call into The Ritz-Carlton & ask to be transferred to the Spa Department in order to set up for the day pass,because this information is not listed on the actual website. Coffee machine in lobby wouldn’t work 2 days in a row. Had to purchase a cup in the restaurant. Hot tub didn’t work. Concierge lounge was closed. Honestly, I like the Marriott Hotel down the road. They have a great breakfast which is less expensive & complimentary coffee. Seems the ritz has aged & not cared for.

This hotel is not worth the value, though the location is ideal. There was a consistent banging noise heard in our room, which sounded like from the pipes. We couldn't enjoy the espresso machine in our room; it was complicated to use with no instruction. The room was humble at best. Lastly, no instruction on how to log in to wifi - they charge $9.95/day!

We recently completed a beautiful wedding at The Ritz Carlton's Urban Garden. As a wedding planner, my experience with Kim, Lesa, and the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, caring, thoughtful, and thorough. From the moment I met the team some time ago, to the moment we were on property conducting the rehearsal and the wedding, the team was prompt in addressing any detail and continually touched based with myself and my team to ensure the couple was happy and the wedding ceremony and reception proceeded flawlessly. The team did not miss a beat with staying on course with the wedding day timeline and the guests continuously told us how pleased they were with all the details and accommodations. Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to The Ritz Carlton staff - thank you for everything you do to make wedding days feel so special!
