great overnight layover here. shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful, as was the front desk and breakfast staff. the shuttle driver even took me across the freeway to a restaurant for dinner, and came back to pick me up when I called the front desk, which was pretty outstanding service. only three stars because in my room, the air quality blowing from the ac unit smelled moldy. I was able to turn off the fan and then it was tolerable. this place is not really up to Marriott standards in my opinion for lots of reasons. it's old. the curtains and wall coverings are yellowed, caulk around bathtub is....not white.... small flecks of decayed pipes in the bathtub and the smell of the old, stale, moldy air coming from the AC unit. not very impressive. but good enough to sleep for a night and get back to the airport.

This property is not up to brand standards. Shame on you Marriott. I stay in several Marriotts properties throughout the year and this is by far the worst that I’ve ever experienced. No Hot water, Room not fully serviced, Stains in the bed and couch. Public areas dirty and unsanitary. No professionalism amongst the staff. The breakfast is basically garbage. Pool is never able to be used. I think I will reconsider staying at the motel 6, or maybe the Microtel before I stay at this property ever again. I would not recommend to leave my dog here for an overnight stay.

Positive: The front desk was super nice and helpful. Negative: There were no sheets in the room for the pullout sofa. Also, the sofa couldn¿t pull out, the tv was in the way. We had to move it over. The bathroom was missing grout along the tub/tile floor edge.
