I was disappointed with this hotel. I am from out of town and had been on the road for 6hrs. Although the rooms were outdated, I was willing to make do with my 3night stay, BUT once I had to kill a 2inch cockroach, I shortened my stay. The front desk was notified and had poor customer service once she was told that the room had cockroaches in it. I had to pack up my luggage and was given another room. I will not be staying another night and definitely not this hotel again.

Very soft all foam king bed mattress, very loud road noise on back side of hotel, good suite layout, good breakfast except scrambled eggs were powdered reconstituted eggs. Dated, dirty carpet in the hallways. Only one elevator made the engineering a calculated risk for any who depend on such amenities. For a normally upscale stay an overall mediocre C+. I will avoid this place in future travels.

Great staff. Hotel interior is dark and confusing. Tge a/c wouldn't work in our first room, so we switched rooms. The furniture shows heavy wear. But the thing that made this stay just awful was the CONSTANT road noise from I-485. This was like trying to sleep in the infield of a Nascar race! I got ZERO rest, so my $250 was wasted here. I'm awake way too early (after a sleepless night) so will not be rested for my big meeting at 9am, which is why I stayed here in the first place = to be nearby and well rested... so much for that plan. Just terrible. I'm so dissappointrd in my decision to stay here.

Rooms are nice. Due to covid , they don't have full service understandable. Very Limited options for vegetarians in hot breakfast. This was not the case in other residence inns I have stayed. They don't have cheese spread could be due to supply chain issues going on. Full service is only on Thursdays , due to pandemic. Staff is courteous.
