The place is clean quiet and has great amenities . They offer a pet friendly atmosphere and a wonderful breakfast! The staff is very nice and Wayne at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. We have stayed there numerous times and have always been pleased! Thank you!

We've stayed here many years, and staff as usual are very cordial and helpful. Room and bathroom were fine but carpets in hallway were badly stained and needed replacement. Coffee makers in two rooms we occupied did not work. I understand the challenge with staffing, but housekeeping should not have to work after 7:00 PM to clean rooms. Our rooms were untouched by housekeeping both days we stayed here.

The hotel is all-around alright. They serve breakfast until 10AM and are pet-friendly. Elevator was a tad slow, but I can look past that. The only major downside is that if you use a debit card to pay, you *have* to make a 150$ down payment on your room on TOP of paying for your stay. This money is eventually returned to you with two weeks, but it seems like quite a bit of a hassle. Prices are also excessive. Check booking.com before, as they'll be able to give a price the fraction of what the hotel charges.

Positive: I enjoyed the comfort of the rooms the location and the hospitality of the staff. Negative: During my stay they were short staffed in the areas of housekeeping. Some of the people that work there were somewhat short-tempered which was very unprofessional. However the management was well versed in hospitality and was very accommodating and polite
