I need help looking for the right direction, I bought a new zero turn from Lowes’s before buying it.. I called the local deal asked if they would be service if the warranties. They said yea 100%. I bought the zero turn March of 2021 just call the Greenville SC store Ted Service Manger told me now that the John deer warranty would be just about.. up already. I told Ted that I bought the 478 plus warranty. He said that It was thru Lowes and it wasn’t not worth the paper it was written on. Really 5200 bucks 17 months old… I was just calling about service and a little oil on the floor in the shed and was told.. warranty as worth less

They picked up my mower for service when it would start but not pull. $800 dollars later it will cut but now the engine is not running smooth. So it was returned with a different problem than I sent it in with. Would not have paid that much to fix it had I know. It still would have problems when it was returned.
