We were having an issue with our A/C thermostat, it was continually blowing air and would not shut off so we called Corely Plumbing and A/C and they sent Cypress over. He was right on time, listened to what the problem was and explained what he was going to do. He was very friendly and professional, he explained what the problem was and gave us estimates for the parts he needed and how much the job would cost. He solved the problem within 2 hours and was answered all of our questions. He was awesome! We were so pleased that we signed up for the service partner plan.
