I'm not sure what was going on, but we had zero room service. We had to call for additional towels. I'm not sure if it's a Staffing issue or cost cutting. The restaurant was also short staffed and the wait was excessive. Don't take it that everything was bad... The check-in folks were nice and the handful of staff in the restaurant, inspite of shortages, were able to do their best and even managed smiles. With a good few staff members, all that's needed are a few more hands. ...just my humble suggestion.

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down. I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. Before I arrived, I was upgraded to the Executive level- so I felt like a celebrity. The hotel is in a great location, they have great amenities, awesome staff, and also have a pretty tasty restaurant. I recommend staying here and I will definitely be back!

The hotel was clean, modern and the staff were great. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a dual shower head system which was a nice touch. The only complaint I would have is the people in the next room were playing music, not overly loud but it was long into the night. Ear plugs blocked it out but still... not very considerate. Otherwise, a great place to stay if your visiting Charlotte.

This is a unique hotel, not in a good way. It’s an old building with 4 small elevators, but 22 floors.when there’s an event in town, a wait to get in or out is at least 10minutes. Same for 11am checkout times. Elevators would be stopping on the way down already full. Staircases are also very steep and twisty for a healthy person. Beds are great though. Very good sleep

The YMCA has a lap pool that is available to our guests. Your room key grants you access into the YMCA facility. All information that you would normally find in a printed guest directory can be found on your guest room television.
You can park first in the garage and follow the elevators to hotel lobby. You can also sneak out around front if you find parking on street level. Upon check in they will give you a parking ticket you can scan for in and out access as you please for the duration of your stay.
