Great place to stay ... quiet, private, lightening fast wifi and a new guest laundry ... great views of briar creek and the new greenway ... best from the 3rd floor .. staff and owners are great to work with ... completely satisfied Now even better than the last time we stayed here, remodeled rooms, new fixtures a guest laundry and unbelievable friendly and competent Front office attendants! Absolutely impressed to see how far this place has come in a few short years!

Amazing customer service and great prices, not much more you can ask for in a hotel. The only issue I've had, personally, is location as it is right off the highway with no other entrance. However, easily the most mild and common kind of complaints possible when reviewing a hotel are about location, so it's almost not even worth mentioning.

I will be honest when I say looks can be deceiving and when 1st pulled in the parking lot i wasn't to sure about staying the night here but I judged a book by the cover so to speak. The customer service provided by the night shift gentleman was 5 stars, the room was very clean and even though it is close to a very busy road I slept like a baby. I will most definitely be staying here again next time I am in town.

Excellent customer service and very affordable prices, considering its close proximity to Uptown. I had some work done on my wooden floors at home [new install] which ran over by 1 day. These folks were extremely helpful and professional. The building is older, but don't let the exterior trick you out of a great deal; the rooms are renovated, clean, the beds are very fluffy and comfortable - and the cable is awesome. All modern appliances. I highly recommend this establishment!
